POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Core Responsibilities:
-
TIME COMMITMENT: 1/1.5 hours per week
-
Responsible for consistent and accurate financial reporting and accounting of YOC’s transactions
-
Develops annual and project budgets
-
Actively communicated ideas and suggestions for Finance & Sponsorship efforts
-
Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings
You're Great for the Role if:
-
You’re a Canadian permanent citizen between the ages of 14-24
-
You are familiar with Google Docs and Excel
-
You’re very organized and have a keen eye for details
-
You are results-oriented
-
You have an interest in finance and raising capital
-
You have experience in finance (preferred)
-
(preferred: business students)

Core Responsibilities:
-
TIME COMMITMENT: 1/1.5 hours per week
-
Proactively develops sponsorship strategies with the team
-
Communicates and helps with the outreach of small, medium, and large-sized corporations
-
Develops scripts, pamphlet content, and more that can be used in sponsorship coordination
You're Great for the Role if:

You’re a Canadian permanent citizen between the ages of 14-24

You are familiar with Google Docs and Excel

You are personable and charismatic

You are results-oriented
-
You have an interest in finance, sponsorship, and raising capital

You have experience in sponsorship (not required)

Core Responsibilities:

Contribute to managing organized information systems to store and track researched opportunities

Organize internal and external databases
-
Communicate new opportunities to the Digital Content Coordinator for social media postings

TIME COMMITMENT: 1/1.5 hours per week

Graphic Designer (2)
Core Responsibilities:

TIME COMMITMENT: 1/1.5 hours per week

Timely delivering graphic content for our social media, website, and other external uses

Being creative and resourceful

Involved with all design and visual initiatives
You're Great for the Role if:

You are a Canadian permanent citizen between the ages of 14-24

You are a planner at heart and love to be organized

You have a knack for design and marketing strategy
-
You have experience creating graphics on Canva

Digital Strategy Coordinator
Core Responsibilities:

TIME COMMITMENT: 1/1.5 hours per week

Run our social media and website pages
-
Constantly be active on social media: post when scheduled, answer DMs and interact with the feed
-
Creatively bring ideas on how to uplift our strategy and implement changes
-
You’re able to attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings online
