VP of Finance & Corporate Sponsorship

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize a team; ensuring accurate financial reporting and documentation
- Lock sponsors and funding within set deadlines
- Develop creative strategies and plans to reach goals

You're Great for the Role if:
- You are results-oriented
- You have an interest in finance, sponsorship, and raising capital
- You have experience managing a team

VP of Research Development

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize a team of researchers; set deadlines and goals with tangible step
- Develop and manage organized information systems to store and track researched opportunities
- Communicate new opportunities to the Digital teams

You're Great for the Role if:
- You are a planner at heart and love to be organized
- You manage your time well and can work proactively
- You have experience leading/delegating in a team

VP of Marketing

Core Responsibilities:
-  Coordinating recurring post-content calendars
- Leading marketing campaign ideation and strategy for YOC initiatives
- Contribute to graphics creation and organization on Canva

You're Great for the Role if:
- You are creative and have ideas on how to elevate YOC’s social channels and strategy
- You have a knack for design and marketing strategy
- You have experience creating graphics on Canva


VP of Operations

Core Responsibilities:
- Being an active voice at the table when strategizing key initiatives of the future of YOC
- Establishing and following up on internal deadlines for social media, web, and external content
- Thinking above and beyond about internal initiatives that impact volunteer satisfaction

- You care about the health of an organization and want to see it thrive
- You are focused on equitable engagement
- You are very responsive to deadlines and think ahead
